I've purchased this package although the size are not present in the description... and expected get a 16x16 but I didn't... The smaller one is 24x32. Any chance to add 16x16 size?
I’ve already purchased the package but I don’t see any animations for the bow, spear and wizard’s staff, of course I can easily configure this in Unity but then it will be specific to each class:
Attack
Defense
To die
Revival
Damage
Arrow
Spear
Sorcerer’s Wand
And special abilities including:
area attack
(For the 4 classes mentioned) etc.
Various other attack animations (for the 4 mentioned classes)
Are you thinking of doing these? I hope we can see special packages like these in the future ^^
I really like your work, I hope we can see special animations like these in the future, for the future ^^
Other than that, I think I found a good place to spend my money :3
Hi! I'm trying to contact you at ko fi, already sent you a coffe, to maybe do a comission, I don't know if you still use the platform, when you can check there please, I loved your work.
Hello, first of all I wanted to say that these characters are lovely and I immediately fell in love with them, but unfortunately I am having a problem. I bought this pack because I read that RPG Maker is supported, however, as you can see in the screenshots, I am unable to select the whole character's set in any size, but just a part of it, so I can't use it (it's RPG Maker MZ). Is there a way to fix this?
Ok, I found the problem which is actually not a problem! Even though I usually don't see the dollar symbol before the names of the characters when I add them to RPGM, apparently sometimes I have to manually add it, so I did it and it's working! They look lovely, and they are really a lot!
I'll ask you here another question, so you don't have to jump through many pages: how long do you think it will take for the new faces to be added to the other pack?
All of these characters are truly unique! You may have noticed with the older fellow and the couple muscle guys but I was thinking its just a couple in the greater collection - nope they all tactfully fit a general model and scale but with a variety of modular in nature yet not cookie cutter aspects - each character has subtle differences in shades or placements which when thoroughly observed (easiest at pixel scale, I liked 500% for editing) seem to deliberately convey the characters demeanor and tell you more about them - with such a small touch it's actually incredible.
To give reference- take Chars 035 & 036 and the middle frames from rows 1 & 2 (frames 2&5). (non combat sheets, from folder 24x48)
The 1 pixel difference from thighs into back in 036's posture has her hips thrust forward while 035 is standing straight with a very poised demeanor, complemented by the heels she's wearing represented through the pixel width of the feet when shown front facing and the ratio of pixels for toes and heels in any side facing stepping frame where the additional pixel in the toes portrays heels on 035 and by moving that 1 pixel to the heel on 036 they change to boots. It goes even further though, the one pixel difference in foot length from frame 5 (left facing idle) along with 1 pixel difference in knee protrusion and joint posturing (035s legs are taught behind the knee while 036's are relaxed-slightly bent) even further convey this. This focus on posture is highlighted again in the 1 pixel difference between chin and shoulder gaps In this comparison I think posture is the biggest focus in the contrast of demeanors. Likewise shading used in the arms and skirt on 036 adds contouring to the limbs which with 035 is instead used to draw contrast between waist and chest. I'm sure there's more I missed and you can see many more variations and examples pulling up any of the other characters but I was thoroughly impressed when I jumped in to edit, so much so I decided to come write this review. Apology to those bothered by walls of text.
As someone just beginning their journey into the craft of pixel art I appreciate both the great design of characters offered in this set, and just as much the imparted lesson of how the tiniest details can translate to such a large impact in the full piece.
I have a question. I saw in the Nostalgia RPG legends 001 and 002 that there's "+ Running Animation 4 dir." Are these also included in this pack? I ask because there's no mention of it in the description.
Idk what threesixnine considers "running" but it does have the frames to create the walk/run animation shown in the gif on sidebar for all 4 directions.

It is very disappoint since the author doesn't reply and the pack is not what they offer... some characters are not in the 24x32 folder...

Hello, love these but before i buy-
Does this include all characters from your other packs like "50 RPG Characters... etc", ?
Do this pack have all directions attack, Idle animations and skill animations?

Hello, very good, is running animation include?

What are the dimensions of each individual sprite? I'm hoping for 16x16, but I can work with other sizes
Are swords the only weapon animation?
Or all swords, axes, bows, spears, and staff motions?
Any idea when this will be added?
What format are the files provided?, are they in a common image format (i.e. PNG) or a tool related format? (i.e aseprite)

This DOES NOT have the running animation frames.

thanks for awesome assets! are there any plan to make 8-directional one?
Yes but probably with an updated version of these, I'm thinking of a new process right now ^^
ohhhhhh its nice!!! im looking forward it deadly :)))))
Hi Noira, are you planning on adding other poses like spell casting, taking damage, etc?
Yes ! ^^
By `- Weapon not included (come later)`
Do you mean that the weapons will be included eventually or that it has to be purchased separately?
Separately ^^ the pack is here :
https://noiracide.itch.io/180plusweapons
Are there any unique characters (separate from the previous Nostalgia Legends sets), or is this a repackage of 001-008?
No new characters but this pack content attack animations and color swap for all previous characters ^^
a pack of 200 new characters come soon
Are there going to be any templates for characters, like the Desire Fantasy ones, or are any characters in here simple enough to use as a template?
Probably simple enough to use as a template.
Template character is planned but not for now, Weapons and tilesets comes first ^^
Looks great! Definitely looking forward to the weapons!
Thanks ! very soon ! : D
Why there are 3 frames in the picture (two in movement and one idle) and then the gif shows 4 frames (with 2 unique frames that seem not included)?
Sorry it's uploaded (20 characters have running animations) ^^
for next updates i want to do full running animation for characters and Bow atk too
Oh ok, it seemed weird lol.
Btw, how many unique characters are present in the pack?
80 characters with 5 colors swap for each
